I Thought I’d Choose A Seasonally Applicable

Origin for this week, so I chose “xmas” (as in the shortened and oft
frowned upon version of the word Christmas) which, believe it or not,
was first used in the fourth century AD. See “x” is the Greek letter
“chi”, and the first letter of the Greek word “christos” meaning
“anointed one” and “mas” of course comes from the word “mass” as in
church ceremony.
