And today is a public holiday in good ol’ SA. So what did I do with my day? I slept till 3pm! Yup, I literally SLEPT until 3 o’clock this afternoon. My alarm went off this morning and I woke up briefly, went to the loo, checked on Damien (who was still asleep), fed the cats and then went back to bed. I was going to read a while and then get up- but the reading put me to sleep. And Damien spent the day playing PS2- he says he only woke up at noon himself!
And now there’s no Flash Fiction Friday project for me to mull over this weekend either. JJ at Purgatorian has taken the weekend off (as have a lot of people apparently) so there’ll be no FFF from me on Monday!
Have wonderful easter weekend blogland. I hope its a blessed one. I did my own chocolates for this easter- it’s the first time I’ve attempted it and it’s worked out a helluva lot cheaper than buying all those cute little bunnies and things. I’m rather proud of them too- thy’re not eggs, or even egg shaped- but they’re yummy none the less.
