My Red Fire Engines Are Back On Top!!!

And frankly I’m more excited about that than about the Springboks bringing the RWC trophy home…
naughty naughty, very naughty…
Sadly, I did not get to see the race, but I saw a few highlights and I’ve read a couple of race reports and I am SO pleased!
“The Ice Man”, Kimi Raikkonen, took the chequered flag at Interlagos, with his team mate Felipa Massa following in second place. It’s Kimi’s first drivers championship title and well deserved. And what better way to take the driver’s title than with a Ferrari One-Two!!!
Ferrari are now the holders of both the Driver’s and the Constructors titles!
One person I feel bad for every year is Barrichello… this poor guy has THE worst luck at his home track and yet again, he failed to finish yesterday…
Damn I’m looking forward to next season… fot the wuck am I going to do between now and March!!?!

  2. i’m with blue momma on this one… my brother in law is also a great fan of grand prix… the other day i wanted to ask him about it and instead of saying grand prix i said…kyalami…

    go bokke!!!

  3. I’m thrilled for Kimi, it’s about time, and YAAAAY!!!! for the Bokke!!!
Oh and if you’re looking for something to fill the time motor-racing-wise, try watch a couple of the A1 GP races – it’s pretty good.
Sounds like you had a great weekend – where’s the pic of you in a miniskirt??!!!

  4. I’m in the fortunate position that I’m both a Kimi and Ferrari fan.

Damn, this has been a good weekend.

What am I going to do now?

  5. This race season had me in a spot.
You see I am a die hard Mclearen fan. I have stuck by them through their reliability issues and all that. I was most happy when Kimi was driving for them, I love Kimi… he doesnt get his head scrambled by paddoc politics.
However this year it was coin toss between supporting Mclearen and supporting Kimi and in the end both had the chance of taking the win.
I hate alonso especially since he was being such a D**s this year and I admit to rooting for Hamilton.
So I am happy Kimi took it and sad Hamilton lost it.
I am however extatic that Kovelinen (how do you spell that)may be taking Fernando’s place at Mclearen, we need another good fin

By the by Glad to see another lady race fan

  6. Ok, so I’m happy for you, but I haven’t a clue what you are talking about! Some sports thing I’m thinking.

I do know what a Springbok is, but I’m guessing we aren’t talking about the same thing!

I’m glad to see your spirits up the past few posts!
