South African Political Posters…

Spelling is optional, and you don’t have to make any sense!!!

The PAM is guilty of not using spell check!!!
S C R A P C R E D I T B U R E A U E S
C A N C E L L A L L S T U D E N T D E B T S
S U B S I D I Z E T A X I S F O R R E D U C E D T A X I F A R E S

The UDM and the MF are both not actually saying anything at all. COPE doesn’t say anything at all, and the ANC says they can do more, when they haven’t done everything they promised to do 15 years ago!
And I promise these are the actual posters. I took these pictures myself, and they have not been doctored or fiddled with in any way. Not only because I don’t have Photoshop, but because they’re hysterical enough all on their own.

Helen Zille wants to perform at the Cape Town Jazz Festival- and the ANC reckons its “unfair electioneering”, this after Zuma spoke at the Rhema church during a service!?!??? And now Rhema won’t let other parties speak there as well…?

Its truly hysterical.

  1. I always try to imagine what drives a person to enter politics..it ain’t idealism.

Those are scary and they would be a lot funnier if they weren’t real..but it is what it is.

  2. Clearly they are vying for the ‘showmanship’ category displayed by our US counterparts. The only scary thing is that are very *serious* in the utter hilarity.

  3. If there was a Free Wine party…

Can’t wait to see HZ straddling a double bass, gettin all ‘down’ with the ‘vibe’.

No idea who to vote for, honestly.

  4. Heehee, I miss the corny sloganeering and horrendous looking posters. I wonder who advised everyone that yellow was the best choice?

  5. Sounds like your choices were about like ours!
all shitty, don’t do what we did and pick the shittiest of the bunch!

  6. All this political mud slinging amuses me. It’s bizarre what they come up with, honestly!
